This Sunday, there are some thoughts about my life I'd like to share. In this morning, while scrolling though my phone, I came across some news about our chinese young people that they lack motivation to find their happiness, which let me think why youngs don't want to purse the life they want. In my opinion, the main reason is lacking trust. We don't trust anything except our parents. Perhaps, anything in the Internet can make us anxiety, such as the short video about future economy in China, conflicts between parents and children, and the issue about marry can all affect our feelings. It's undeniable that it not only entirely our problem, but also some problem from the society. Our applications are always recommanded things what we like. Therefore, it has increased the dapaties that exist between us.
This personal experience made me acutely aware of the importance of trust to our happiness. If everyone can mutal trust and mutal understanding. I believe that our society will get better and better.

It got me thinking: why are so many young people reluctant to chase the life they truely want?
In my opinion, the root cause is a pervasive lack of trust. It seems we find it difficult to trust anything beyond our immediate families. Almost everything on the internet can provoke anxiety—be it short videos predicting China's economic future, conflicts between parents and children, or debates about marriage. These issues profoundly affect our emotional well-being.
It's undeniable that this is not entirely our individual fault; some problems stem from society itself. For instance, our apps constantly recommend content based on our existing preferences. While this seems personalized, it actually widens the disparties between different groups by trapping us in "echo chambers."
This reflection has made me acutely aware of how crucial trust and mutual understanding are to our happiness. I believe our society would become much better if everyone could learn to trust and understand one another.
